Water dripping from under your boiler is a serious problem that can damage both the appliance’s internal components and your home. Remember that a boiler contains both water and electrics — water reaching electronic parts can cause a short circuit and much bigger repair bills. Leaks are usually caused by excessive pressure, worn seals or cracks in components.
Our leak repair service includes:
- Pressure relief valve check: When system pressure exceeds 3 bar, the boiler automatically releases water. We find out why the pressure is rising and replace the valve if needed.
- Resealing connections: Replacing worn seals and O-rings on pipe joints, the water block and the valves.
- Finding cracks and holes: Identifying and repairing cracks in the heat exchanger or the pump housing.
We trace the source of the leak quickly, stop it and restore the system to a fully sealed condition.
