No hot water from the boiler

Restoring a steady, uninterrupted hot water supply

No hot water from the boiler

If your boiler heats the radiators normally but won’t give you hot water, the temperature keeps jumping between hot and cold, or the boiler doesn’t fire up at all when you turn on a hot tap, a specific internal component is at fault. Because hot water problems affect everyday comfort so directly, the KombiMaster team treats these call-outs as a priority.

The most common causes and how we fix them:

  • Blocked plate heat exchanger: Minerals in the water gradually clog its channels with limescale. We either descale it with a special solution or replace it.
  • Faulty flow sensor (turbine): When the sensor that detects water flow fails, the boiler doesn’t know you need hot water. We confirm the fault and replace the sensor.
  • Stuck diverter (three-way) valve: This valve directs hot water either to the radiators or to the taps. When it sticks, hot water can end up in the radiators instead. We repair the valve motor or body and put it right.

We find the exact cause and make sure your hot water runs at a steady temperature again.

Leave your heating in expert hands!
