Boiler heat exchanger cleaning
Maximum heat output, free from limescale and deposits
The heat exchanger is one of the most important parts of your boiler — it heats both the water going to the radiators and the hot water coming out of your taps. At high temperatures, the salts, calcium and minerals in the water gradually form a layer of limescale on it. A scaled-up heat exchanger makes the boiler noisy, slows down your hot water and sharply increases gas consumption.
Heat exchanger cleaning includes:
- Machine flushing: The heat exchanger is removed from the boiler and flushed in a closed loop with a special pressure pump.
- Special descaling solution: We use chemicals that completely dissolve hardened limescale without harming the metal.
- Restored performance: After cleaning, water heating time and heat transfer are brought back to factory standards.
- No wasted heat: Because the heat from the gas goes straight into the water again, your gas bills drop noticeably.
This preventive service protects the expensive heat exchanger from burning out or failing, and keeps your boiler running quietly and efficiently, just like new.
